We will assist you through the entire Relocation process, one step at a time, as much or as little as needed. We can:

• Hire reliable professional movers, arrange for an estimate, negotiate the bill of sale, work along side them on moving day, and ensure that your precious possessions are treated with care and placed properly in your new home
• Create a custom floor plan of your new home, and help you design a new space that is functional, safe, attractive, and feels like home.
• Work with your real estate professional to ready your home for sale, including hiring and overseeing sub-contractors for repair work, creating timelines, and preparing for showings.
• Professionally and carefully pack your things to ensure their safe arrival at the new home.
• Unpack and ready your new home, including kitchen and bathroom set-up, grocery stocking, and bed-making, with a special eye to detail. We want your new home to feel as comfortable as your last, down to the order of books on the shelf, arrangement of pictures on the wall, and placement of dishes in the cupboard!
• Go back after the move and hold an on-site sale, which we will organize and oversee, disburse of any remaining items as agreed upon, and have the home ‘broom-clean’ and ready for new owners.
• Hire and oversee the hauling away and/or charitable donation of unwanted items.
• Allow you or your loved one to have a pleasant moving day elsewhere, and arrive at your new home that evening to find it ready for you to enjoy!
